FCADP-Administrative Assistance

I – We can advise and assist any death row inmate who requests it in writing letters to the administrative authorities. We  can also assist inmates in disputes with vendors such as  JPAY/Securus, through BBB complaint filing or direct communication with the company.  

 

II – We can carry out research and assist any death row inmate who  requests it regarding external administrative problems or questions, concerning family, insurance companies, external companies .  

 

III – We offer collective assistance in the process as we did when filing files for “CARES ACT” stimulus checks, by sending forms, and by providing  all the instructions to complete them and by following up on each file or in the preparation of collective complaints.  

 

What we can't do:  

 

In the event that we do not have an official Power of attorney (several types depending  of the request), we cannot search for the information  fiscal and/or medical personal data of a detainee who does not complete the official documents  intended to authorize us to do so.
