FCADP- Legal assistance

What is FCADP legal assistance?  

 

I – Regarding cases of wrongful conviction, we can support any  death row inmate who requests it. Our legal team will be able to study  the cases, compile files that we can submit to the various programs  of innocence or to other players in the legal community to try to obtain direct assistance for the detainee.  

We also have the possibility of publishing a lot of information, and petitions  in our social networks, in order to attract as many influential people as possible who can  be of great media and legal support regarding the case.  

 

Finally, the prisoner has the possibility of joining our “WRONGFUL CONVICTION MONDAY” program, which is a program consisting in shedding light on a case of wrongful conviction on social networks and other media.  

 

II – Concerning cases of self-representation, our legal team can assist death row detainees  who request it, in the drafting, correction, or seizure informatics of documents they need as part of their representation. We  can also provide assistance in contacting and finding competent lawyers .  

 

III – Concerning ADA complaints, problems of mistreatment or problems with  the prison administration, our legal team can assist detainees in compiling files or putting them in contact with the competent authorities and monitoring them et  supports it in the complaints.

Our current project is the creation of a network with American law professors,  which will eventually allow us to have our legal team work with American students and lawyers who will be able to go further. in the assistance and/or representation of  records.
