Condition Improvements - FCADP

I – We are constantly looking for all the new information concerning  what is happening and what will happen in the prison administration, this allows us to anticipate problems. We strongly believe in the need for everyone  to work together to achieve the best that can be done. Thus we  benefit from an extensive network of contacts within the administrations, companies and others  organizations involved in these changes and these regulations.  

 

II – We are fighting to preserve the current rights of death row inmates.  Indeed considering that they are already very weak, we are fighting, through petitions, emailing campaign to prison administrations, direct contact with legislators  or even business leaders concerned, participation and argumentation during public hearings concerning changes to the rules at within prisons, in order to prevent or slow down any change  which could reduce the rights of prisoners and complicate their living conditions even more.  

 

III – We collect directly from the detainees their questions, their needs or  their desires concerning their living conditions. Our legal team is working to improve   what is not working, including major issues such as the safety of  establishments, or amendment violation issues regarding fundamental rights .
