What the sales money is used for / How we work

​

These works are generously GIVEN to us by Death Row inmates. The money we collect from these sales is allocated to our various projects to help them concretely, i.e. donations of collective material or expenses directly related to actions that will benefit them.

 

Each artwork sold is allocated to the budget of the state in which the inmate who made it is located.

For example, if you buy an artwork painted by a Florida death row inmate, the amount paid will be impacted on the budget dedicated to Florida.

 

IMPORTANT : The amounts received from the sales are not used in any way for the operating costs of the organization, nor is it a direct sale of the inmates, as they are not allowed to sell their artwork.

NO MONEY IS PAID DIRECTLY TO ANY INMATE NEITHER BY THE CLIENT NOR BY FCADP.
